“Swimsuit hasn’t been to Curaçao in over 30 years!” says MJ Day, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Assistant Managing Editor. In the Turks & Caicos, SI shot on Parrot Cay, a 1,000‑acre private island that is a 35-minute boat ride from the main island and stayed at Como Parrot Cay, which offers a Shambhala retreat program featuring yoga, Pilates and meditation and a cuisine mix of raw and cooked ingredients.
