The Federal Security Service detained a supporter of the Ukrainian nationalist organization “Right Sector” in Karachay-Cherkessia (recognized as extremist in Russia and banned), who planned to stage terrorist attacks against the security forces, the FSB public relations center reported. a citizen of the Russian Federation, born in 1992 (an adherent of neo-Nazi ideology), who harbored intentions to commit terrorist acts against employees of republican law enforcement agencies and military personnel under the patronage of the Right Sector organization,— the message says.
At the place of residence of the detainee, they found a cache with two improvised explosive devices, components for the manufacture of such devices, and diagrams of approaches to the buildings of the prosecutor's office and the military registration and enlistment office, the FSB reported. The FSB opened a case on preparation for a terrorist act (part 1, article 30, paragraph “a”, part 2, article 205 of the Criminal Code) and participation in an extremist organization (part 2, article 282.2 of the Criminal Code), the report says.
